The What Pointless Thing Would You Buy With $100 competition (the competition) is run by Bigpipe.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition begins Thursday 19 October 2015. It will close on 11:59 PM Monday 23 November 2015. Entries will be judged and the winner will be announced Tuesday 24 November 2015. 

Who can enter?

Entrants must be New Zealand residents, 18 years or older, and must not be employed by Spark or Spark Ventures, or be immediate family of an employee of Spark or Spark Ventures. Entrants must have Liked the Bigpipe Facebook page.

Entry

Entry into the prize draw is made through commenting on the Facebook post in which this competition is announced.

Judging

The entries will be judged by Bigpipe staff for effort, wit, originality, and lolz. The winner will be notified through a Reply to the winning comment on the announcement Facebook post. The judges decision is final.

The winner must reply within 24 hours by private Facebook message providing shipping details for their prize. If a notified winner takes more than 24 hours to reply, Bigpipe may re-open the competition or choose another winner.

Prize

One entrant will win a $100 prezzy card as described on the competition Facebook post. Additional spot prizes may be given away to entrants. 

Consent & Privacy

You consent to your name and any pictures posted to the competition thread being used for promotional purposes in relation to the competition.

In entering this competition you are providing your personal information to Bigpipe.

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law.

Bigpipe may vary these terms and conditions and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
